I am a qualified nutritionist with personal experience managing histamine intolerance and mast cell activation.


I am passionate about helping people improve their symptoms and gain maximum quality of life.


My Story


I suffered for decades from food intolerance, anxiety, IBS, GORD, allergy, chronic fatigue, and hormone issues, which set me on the path to investigate how I could heal myself. I developed histamine intolerance and MCAS and have figured out the best super low histamine diet.


I understand what it means to work through these issues. After moving to a low histamine diet I can tell you my health is now massively improved.
